The Fighter Command [FCC-L1/L2/L3/L4] is awarded to any pilot who was shown a proficiency piloting a fighter. Proficiency is displayed in the successful completion of numerous missions that require a fighter to be flown as the primary purpose of the mission. The pilot is expected to consistently complete the mission with no coaching or assistance regarding the operation of the fighter or other elements of the mission.<br />

Non-combat missions would include moving ships to their base, proficiency in squading. Combat missions would include escort missions, security sweeps, and any combat and combat training. <br />
