			Akana was a hot, breathable desert world in the Elrood system, brought under the protection of Rogue Squadron through planetary treaties sanctioned by the system’s Governor, Todor Ginchev. From his seat of power, Ginchev exercised near-total control over Elrood, save for a handful of independent worlds, and relied on Rogue Squadron’s compliance to enforce his rule. With Ginchev’s approval, Mua`Dib Xarda had laid plans to transform Akana into a sanctuary for Nikto outcasts and refugees escaping Eidola-controlled Kintan. The move promised to reshape not only Akana but also the political and demographic balance of the Elrood system. Yet even as the first signs of settlement emerged, uncertainty lingered over whether Mua`Dib would prove a saviour to his people or merely another harsh master in the long line of Hutts and Eidolons before him.

Coming from Glee Anselm, Todor's parents moved to Thrakia while he was a small boy. He was raised as a pilot and a fighter. He never killed with no reason, he never hurt. He was always enchanted by the tales for the Jedi and he wanted to become one. He is a builder - always creating, never destroying....
